At generateInvoice.online, we take user privacy and data security extremely seriously. Unlike typical online invoice applications, our tool is built to process information entirely on the client-side (locally within your web browser).

1. Information Collection

We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, business information, client names, line item summaries, financials, business logos, or digital signatures on our servers. All values you input into our editor remain inside your browser's local memory context.

2. Local Storage Usage

To improve your experience and prevent data loss, the editor uses the standard browserlocalStorage feature. This saves your draft invoice inputs (including client names, item rows, selected currency, and active theme) so they persist if you refresh the browser page. This data never leaves your computer and can be completely wiped at any time by clicking the "Reset" button (counter-clockwise arrow icon) on the editor toolbar.

3. Cookies & Third-Party Services

We do not use tracking cookies or behavioral profile engines. We may use simple, privacy-focused analytical tools to track page visitor counts and verify system loading performance without identifying you.

4. Security

Because your invoice data is never sent to the internet, it is protected from database hacks, server interceptions, and unauthorized access. Security is guaranteed by design.
